In these times of economic uncertainty, we realize that your charitable contributions are especially precious. We believe that by sponsoring the Cambria County Library, you do more than just support an educational and cultural institution deeply entwined in Johnstown’s historical fabric. More importantly, you also aid sectors of our community most disadvantaged during this economic downturn, such as: children facing educational and developmental benchmarks which are vital to a successful adulthood; the unemployed, who depend on the library for developing workforce skills and searching for new employment; and the fixed-income elderly, who turn to us for cost-free information and entertainment.
This is the seventh year for A Little Night Music @ the Library. It started as a way to highlight the library's eclectic music collection but has grown into a community event to focus on the quality materials, information, and services the library has to offer.
We rely on the generosity of corporate sponsors to underwrite the cost of this fund-raiser.
