Purchase a ticket for only $20 and you’ll be entered to win an exclusive experience at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History!

The museum’s Big Bone Room (named for its basketball court-sized space, not the size of its specimens) draws researchers from around the world. This underground room holds one of the world’s great vertebrate paleontology collections, rarely seen by visitors. Now, you can win a tour*.

One winner and their guests will meet world-renowned paleontologist Dr. Matthew Lamanna, the Mary R. Dawson Curator of Vertebrate Paleontology and senior dinosaur researcher at the museum. Your tour will include a walk through the Hall of Dinosaurs and the Big Bone Room with Dr. Lamanna, who will take you and your guests to a place where specimens are too fragile or valuable to be on display.

This exclusive experience ticket package is made possible by a generous, anonymous donor. 100% of your ticket purchase will support programs and services our visitors depend on.

Tickets are $20** each and available now at the library or online. Drawing will take place on Friday, December 19.

* The prize consists of a two-hour tour for up to six guests. Two guests must be adults age 18 and over, and all guests must be age 10 or over. The prize is redeemable through 2026. Full details on scheduling will be provided to winning ticket holder.

** a $1 convenience fee will be applied to online ticket purchases.
