Adagio Power Up! Program at Northern Cambria

Join us for this health and nutrition program provided by Adagio Health. We will explore healthy eating with recipe demos/tastings, engage in physical activities, and explore at-home gardening. Other activities include sidewalk coloring projects and recurring garden lessons from Power Up. *Children under 9-years-old must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
Power Up Activities:

| 7/10/23 | Vegetable tasting (cauliflower or carrots)- trying different colors of cauliflower or carrots |
