Property Tax & Rent Rebate Assistance

Attention Pennsylvania Residents 65 and older! Senator Langerholc’s staff will be helping residents learn about and participate in the state’s Property Tax and Rent Rebate programs. Registration is not required, assistance will be first-come, first-served. Please bring ID, tax and income documents, and any other necessary documents required for the forms being completed.

Many homeowners and renters will be eligible for the first time this year due to increased income limits. If you have any questions about eligibility, please contact Senator Langerholc’s office at 814-266-2277.
