Wilderness First Aid (ages 11+)

Learn how to manage common injuries and illnesses when medical care is an hour away or more.
This 16 hour course is offered by the Emergency Care and Safety Institute as a blended class consisting of an online portion to be completed by the student at their leisure before attending the hands-on training session held in the library’s Community Room on Saturday, May 11th from 10am to 2pm.
Classes are appropriate for participants 11 years and older. CPR is a prerequisite but can be added at the end of the hands-on session if needed.
Class size is limited. Preregistration is required.
