Stuffed Animal Sleepover

Thursday to Friday in February

Did you ever wonder what happens in the library at night? You can find out when we share our secret world with your stuffed animal friends at our first Stuffed Animal Sleepover! Drop off your stuffed animal by 6 pm on Thursday for their fun overnight adventure. Make them a name tag and tell us all about their favorite books, songs, snacks, and activities. Reunite with your friend at our special Stuffed Animal Sleepover story time on Friday, where we sing songs, hear stories, do a fun craft, and watch a slideshow of all the mischief your stuffed animals were up to during their night at the library!

Summer Learning Program

June – July

Our annual themed Summer Learning Program is our biggest event of the year! Join us for six weeks of programs and activities for kids aged 0-12. We also hold special programs throughout the summer for teens and adults. Visit our Summer Learning Program (link) page for more information.

Frankentoys

October

Participants create their very own one-of-a-kind Frankentoys from pieces of donated toys and stuffed animals — and best of all, they’re your creepy (or adorable) creations to keep! We use sewing materials and hot glue to construct our little monsters, so this is a great opportunity to practice your hand stitching skills for everyone from newbies to experts.

Halloween Party

October

Join us for our free Halloween Party! This event is perfect for kids 10 and under. We share stories, games, activities, crafts and more during this exciting evening! Participants are encouraged to come dressed in Halloween Costumes for our annual costume parade.
