- Valid, government-issued photo ID
- All required witnesses (we do not provide witnesses)
- Documents must be completed in advance
Costs
Administration Fee: $10.00
Notary Fees:
- Taking acknowledgment: $5.00 (eachadditionalname $2.00)
- Administering oath or affirmation (per individual): $5.00
- Taking verification on oath or affirmation (no matter how many signatures): $5.00
- Witnessingor attesting a signature (per signature): $5.00
- Certifying or attesting a copy or deposition (per certified copy): $5.00

- Public records
- Passports
- Driver’s licenses
- Transcripts
- Diplomas
- Contracts
- Leases
- Bills of Sale
- Medical records, consents, or waivers
- Powers of attorney
Limitations
Please Note: We Cannot Notarize the Following:
- Vehicle titles, bills of sale, or any car-related documents
- Wills, living wills, or other estate planning documents
- Real estate documents such as deeds, mortgages, or closings
- Incomplete documents or forms without valid ID
Certified Copies NOT Allowed:
- Birth certificates
- Death certificates
- Naturalization certificates
- Copyrighted material
- Documents marked “Do Not Copy” or “Illegal to Copy”
