These marriage notice indexes were created by Pearl Brosch and other library volunteers, compiled digitally by George Warholic and Jim Wagner, and permission has been given to share them. Permission to download or reproduce them must be given specifically through the library.
Volunteers have gone through the Tribune and, later, the Tribune-Democrat, on microfilm and indexed marriage notices from these papers. The index contains the names of both spouses and the date published. Please note, some years are missing from the index and we are in the process of working on and uploading those files. Please contact the Reference directly if you have a question about a marriage notice from one of those years.
To receive a digital and/or paper copy of the original notice from microfilm, a $5 pull fee is charged. To request the copy, send an email to reference@cclsys.org with the spouse name(s) and date published, or mail your request to Cambria County Library, 248 Main Street, Johnstown, PA 15901, Attn: Reference.
