Adopt a Book

Book Adoptions are a unique and lasting gift to honor the life of a loved one, commemorate an important day or recognize a special person. You can Adopt a Book (or audiobook, DVD movie or music CD) for our collection by completing the Adopt a Book form.

Volunteer at Cambria County Library

The Cambria County Library values the gift of your time and welcomes volunteers to help with library operations, including shelving books, cleaning, and other tasks. Cambria County Library does not guarantee volunteer work is available at any time. Volunteer assignments may vary.

If you are interested in volunteering at the library, fill out the form below. Additional information may be requested at a later time. You can also contact our Head of Reference at (814) 536-5131, ext 212.

All volunteers will be required to complete PATCH and Child Abuse History Clearance background checks. These clearances are free to volunteers and can be completed on the PATCH Website and the PA Child Welfare Website. Volunteers may not need to obtain federal background checks that require fingerprinting.
